How does your PURCHASE AGENT work?
We explain step by step how we will do it 1st initial meeting
We will listen to your purchase motivations and clearly determine the "target property" with you.

2º AAAA qualification of the purchasing client
Before signing anything and starting any activity, we will determine if we can really work on your order. To do this, the buyer must comply with the 4 aes (AAAA):
A ............. the buyer knows what he wants
AA .......... there is what he wants
AAA.......he can buy
AAAA .... you can buy "now"

3º Signing of the PURCHASING AGENT contract
Once we know that what we are looking for exists, that we have the financial resources and that we can do it right now, we will sign the "Purchase Agent Contract", where all the conditions of the demand to be satisfied, deadlines and fees will be reflected.

4º Search in the market
We search the market for both products that may already be on the market by agencies and/or owners, as well as products that have not yet been released on the market and that fit what was requested.

5º We negotiate for you
We represent your interests so that:
- We will value the property.
- We will analyze the average profitability of the area and that of the property of interest.
- We will advise you on the value that we understand the property has and we will negotiate for you.

6º Document control
Once the property of interest has been identified, we will review its Registry situation (owners and charges) to avoid surprises and thus continue advancing.

7º Purchase Offer
We will issue a Purchase Offer where the conditions, deadlines, payment method and other aspects for acceptance by the Seller will be reflected.

8º Penitential Deposit Contract
We advise you and prepare the Penitential Arras contract taking care of all the details.

9º Follow-up to Notary
The previous days we will check with the Notary official, that the Seller provides all the necessary documentation to be able to make the sale public and not have surprises when it is registered in the Property Registry.

10º We toast with you
